Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MatterArc websites, including this site and its pages, materials, and forms. The websites are operated by Special Project Factor Inc., the maker of MatterArc.

MatterArc is an enterprise platform deployed for organizations under written agreements. These Terms cover the public websites only. Access to and use of the MatterArc platform itself is governed by the agreement between your organization and Special Project Factor, as described below.

MatterArc is provided to organizations on a workspace basis under a written agreement between the organization and Special Project Factor, such as a pilot, subscription, or enterprise agreement. That agreement, together with any terms it incorporates, governs access to and use of the platform, including accounts, workspaces, content, data handling, support, and payment.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a written agreement between your organization and Special Project Factor, the written agreement controls with respect to the platform. Nothing on the websites modifies that agreement.

Individual users access the platform through their organization’s workspace and under their organization’s policies. Questions about your organization’s deployment should be directed to your workspace administrator.

You may use the websites for lawful purposes related to learning about and evaluating MatterArc. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the websites.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract content or data from the websites, except as permitted by standard search indexing.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through the websites, including the contact form.
• Use the websites to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.

The websites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, page designs, and simulated product imagery, are owned by Special Project Factor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. MatterArc, the MatterArc mark, and Special Project Factor are trademarks of Special Project Factor Inc.

You may view and share links to the websites. You may not copy, modify, republish, or create derivative works from website content for commercial purposes without written permission from Special Project Factor.

The websites are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Special Project Factor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the websites, including their availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Website content, including product descriptions and simulated product imagery, is provided for general information and may change as the platform evolves. It does not form part of any agreement unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement with Special Project Factor.
